"We had such a wonderful experience on our Mt. Fuji private tour, and we are truly grateful to have had Hiro as our driver! Hiro was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire day. Traveling as a family of five, we really appreciated how comfortable and well taken care of he made us feel. He also shared fantastic recommendations for places to visit and food to try, which made our experience even more special and memorable. We originally had a 12-hour tour scheduled and despite the long day, Hiro remained patient, cheerful, and professional until the very end. We truly appreciated his dedication, understanding, and positive attitude. It's people like Hiro who make traveling even more meaningful. His kindness, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality made such a difference in our experience. It was also so nice to hear my mom and my brother speak Japanese with him! Thank you so much, Hiro, for taking such wonderful care of our family and making our Mt. Fuji trip one to remember! We are truly grateful for all your efforts and couldn't have asked for a better driver. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Japan!" via Google

"Hire Taxi is fantastic. One of the best I ever worked with. From the beginning of the booking process they have been so helpful. We are 6 adults from the US and they were so easy and quick to respond to all our questions. We have booked several destinations in Japan with them and so far the whole experience has been great Hiro our first driver was terrific. Very friendly, patient and helpful with all our luggage. If all the drivers are like him, this will be great. He has gotten our trip off to a wonderful start" via Google

"Our family used Hire Japan Taxi for roundtrip rides to/from Narita -> a hotel in the Tokyo Disney area. Our driver's Yoshi & Hiro were both wonderful! Both were ready and waiting for us ahead of schedule, and got us to our destination(s) safely. The communication via WhatsApp was also great, and made it very easy to locate one another. We will continue to use Hire Japan Taxi on future visits for sure! :)" via Google

"Our first driver, Hayasaka, picked us up from our Tokyo hotel and drove us to Haneda Airport. He arrived early, sent WhatsApp updates the day before and morning of, helped with all our luggage, and even pointed out a few notable buildings along the way. Genuinely went above and beyond." via Google
