Why Book a Private Transfer

Will my ski or snowboard bags fit?
Yes. Our Hiace comfortably carries up to 9 passengers with full ski and snowboard equipment. For 1–4 passengers with gear, we recommend the Hiace over a sedan — ask when booking.
What if my flight or train is delayed?
We track your flight automatically and adjust your pickup time. No extra charge for delays.
Do you drive in snow and icy conditions?
Yes — our drivers are experienced on mountain roads in winter conditions, and vehicles are properly equipped for snow.
Is this cheaper than the Nagano Shinkansen plus a bus?
The Shinkansen plus resort bus is usually cheaper per person for a small group, but involves multiple transfers with luggage. A private transfer is door-to-door with no transfers — often better value for a family or group of 4 or more sharing one vehicle.
Do you offer day tours to Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park or Matsumoto Castle?
Yes, as separate full-day tours with different pricing — ask us when booking your transfer if you'd like to combine one.
